Event Organizer Agreement

This agreement applies to organizers who submit events or request sponsorship and production support.
1. Submitting an event
You confirm that you are authorized to submit the event and that the details you provide — date, location, audience and sponsorship opportunities — are accurate.
We review submissions manually and may decline or remove any submission.
2. Materials you upload
You confirm you hold the rights to any images, logos or materials you send us, and you permit us to use them to present the event where you have asked us to.
3. Sponsorship support
We may introduce potential sponsors. We do not guarantee that sponsorship will be secured, and we are not a party to any agreement you reach with a sponsor.
4. Rules and permissions
You are responsible for the advertising, branding and sponsorship rules that apply to your event, including any federation or venue requirements.
5. Production orders
Temporary tattoos, apparel branding and merchandise are quoted per order and governed by the Production & Shipping Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
