Production & Shipping Policy

Production is quoted per order based on product, quantity, artwork and destination. A quote is confirmed in writing before production begins.

Production starts after the artwork is approved and the order is confirmed.

Production time depends on the product, quantity and artwork. We confirm the expected timing for your specific order.

We do not guarantee delivery dates. If you have a hard deadline, tell us before ordering so we can say whether it is achievable.

We ship from Türkiye and can serve international destinations, including Europe, the United States and Canada.

Shipping costs are quoted separately from production costs and depend on destination, weight and service.

Where the carrier supports it, a tracking number is provided once the order ships.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Customs inspections can delay delivery and are outside our control.

Carrier delays, weather, customs and public holidays can affect delivery. We pass on tracking information and help chase the carrier where we can.

Please check the delivery address before confirming an order. Re-shipping due to an incorrect address may be charged.

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with photographs and the tracking number so we can open a claim with the carrier and agree a remedy.

Temporary tattoos are for external use on healthy, undamaged skin only.

Do not apply near the eyes, lips or other mucous membranes, and do not apply to irritated, broken or sunburnt skin.

If you have sensitive skin or a history of reactions, test a small area first and wait before applying a larger design.

Stop using the product and seek medical advice if irritation, redness or any reaction occurs.

Follow the application and removal instructions supplied with the product. Store unused sheets flat, dry and away from direct sunlight and heat.

Keep away from young children unless supervised by an adult.
