Sponsor Agreement

A sponsorship placement is an agreed deliverable — for example branding carried on the body, on apparel or equipment, or agreed digital content.

Placement, dimensions, duration and deliverables are agreed between you and the athlete. Anything not written into that agreement is not included.

In the current version of the platform, you pay the athlete directly. BackMyChallenge does not collect, hold or transfer sponsorship funds and does not process sponsorship payments.

Production and shipping, where you order them from us, are invoiced separately by us.

We do not guarantee impressions, reach, engagement, sales, media coverage or any return on investment.

You confirm you own or are authorized to use the logos and artwork you supply, and you permit us to reproduce them for the agreed production.

You remain responsible for your own trademark and advertising compliance.

Where production is involved, artwork is prepared and shared for approval before production begins. Production starts once the artwork is approved.

Competition and advertising rules vary by event, organizer and federation. Athletes are responsible for confirming that placements are permitted, and we do not guarantee permission.

Sponsorship cancellations are handled between you and the athlete according to what you agreed.

Production orders are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the effect of customized production and shipment.

Athletes may refuse any brand. Placements must not be unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or prohibited by the event or applicable law.
